The owners of KASKO company together with its management are aware not only of their responsibility for business results (maximizing of profits, improvement of living standards of all Kasko employees, creating and forming of new and better employment opportunities for ‘tomorrow’ ) but they are also aware of the obligations in the field of ethics and company culture.
It is very important to be concerned with company ethics and culture, because when it comes to practice, they are expressed as long-term behaviour of employees in various situations of the company’s life. They are also expressed in approach to the customers, in quality of products and services and finally in profitability and productivity.
The owners of KASKO company together with its management appeal to all their employees to follow this ethics policy and at the same time they ask to be informed about situations which are in contrary to this policy.
We have brought into effect a unique project called KASKO UNIVERSITY.
In terms of this project we intensively and practically incorporate (mostly) graduates in the production process.
The next stage of KASKO University is a professional growth of our employees.
Together with a secondary technical school we have been supporting secondary school students in their studies since 2014.
They have an opportunity to develop themselves within our company.
